very heavy metal...the radio weighs in at 17 lbs., certainly a lot for a radio with
relatively small dimensions. The dial wheels and speaker area are integrated very
well to complete the overall"football" look. I have seen very few Gridirons in my
travels, and I believe they are reasonably hard to find in the condition of this fine
example..
